There has been a lot of uncertainty in the real estate industry and Archi-Pix is continuing to operate at full capacity in the safest manner possible. We will continue to be your trusted partner in providing you with the tools needed to market your properties. Real estate and related services are listed as critical activities during this mandate and our photographers will comply with all CDC guidelines for safe practices.
Our Photographers will:
Sanitize hands before and after each appointment.
Wear clean gloves for each home they visit.
Refrain from touching any surfaces in the property other than the front door for entering and exiting.
We ask for your cooperation with these new policies to help ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.
Mandatory: No one can be present at the property during the appointment. This includes real estate agents, sellers and renters.
Reschedule your appointment if any occupants are sick or have been sick in the last 2 weeks.
Reschedule your appointment if any occupants have tested positive for COVID-19 or may have been exposed.
Disinfect any doorknobs/locks that our photographer will need to use when accessing the property. (Find approved disinfectants at cdc.gov)
Please follow our Staging Tips that are sent with each appointment confirmation, including having all lights turned on, all ceiling fans turned off, and window coverings properly adjusted. Our photographers have been instructed to refrain from touching anything inside the property, with the exception of the door for entering and exiting.
