Room Measurements

Our trained professionals will measure main rooms of the property and provide a list of rooms and sizes, separated by floor, for use on MLS. We measure Kit, Din, Living rooms, Beds, Baths, Laundry, Foyer and any other common spaces. We do not measure closets, garages, out buildings or other spaces unless requested. Additional charges may apply for out buildings.  

Stand Alone: 

Up to 3,000 sq ft   $60 

Up to 6,000 sq ft   $80

Up to 10,000 sq ft $100

Add On:
